Refund policy

At ORIGYN, all products are carefully inspected before dispatch.
As we operate on limited drops and controlled inventory, we follow a strict no refund policy.


❌ No Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds once an order is placed and delivered
  • All purchases are considered final

🔁 Exchanges (Only in Specific Cases)

We only allow replacement or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is incorrect (wrong item/size sent by us)

📌 Conditions:

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Must include clear unboxing video/photo proof
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

🚫 Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Size issues (unless you want to allow it — optional)
  • Change of mind
  • Minor color variation due to lighting/screens

📦 Return Process (If Approved)

  • Customer must ship the product back OR
  • Reverse pickup will be arranged (based on service availability)

💸 Refund Replacement Policy

  • No monetary refunds
  • Only replacement product will be issued (if approved)
