At ORIGYN, all products are carefully inspected before dispatch.
As we operate on limited drops and controlled inventory, we follow a strict no refund policy.
❌ No Refunds
- We do not offer refunds once an order is placed and delivered
- All purchases are considered final
🔁 Exchanges (Only in Specific Cases)
We only allow replacement or exchange under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged
- Product received is incorrect (wrong item/size sent by us)
📌 Conditions:
- Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Must include clear unboxing video/photo proof
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
🚫 Not Eligible for Exchange
- Size issues (unless you want to allow it — optional)
- Change of mind
- Minor color variation due to lighting/screens
📦 Return Process (If Approved)
- Customer must ship the product back OR
- Reverse pickup will be arranged (based on service availability)
💸 Refund Replacement Policy
- No monetary refunds
- Only replacement product will be issued (if approved)
